Vegetable Broth

Try this healthy homemade recipe using your vegetable scraps from your previous recipes.

Keep the peels and skins of your veggies in a Ziplock bag in the freezer. Once you see it is filled you just throw it all into a pot of water and boil for 1-4 hours. The longer it boils the more flavorful it will be. Add seasonings to your liking and enjoy.
