How to Cook Different Grains

Increasing the variety of grains you eat has great benefits for your health. Many of us have wheat as our sole source of grain used in our daily diet.

When we introduce more variety we can increase our fiber intake, provide more prebiotics for our microbiome diversity, and reap the benefit of the multiple nutrients that these new grains have to offer.
