Homemade Croutons

This recipe is a great way to use up the end pieces of bread that no one likes, bread that's been left open and has gone hard, or broken slices like I had at home. This can be a real money saver especially if you have dietary restrictions, as the "healthy" alternatives can sometimes be two or three times the regular price.
